Delete your account

You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time. There’s no in-app self-service delete yet — send the request to admin@snagapp.com.au from the email address on the account, including your business name, and which of the below applies. We’ll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you’re an admin

Tell us whether you want:

• Just your own login removed — your admin access is deleted, but the business, its jobs, staff, and any other admins on the account are unaffected.
• The entire business account deleted — every admin login, staff record, job, photo, and document tied to that business is permanently deleted.

If you’re a field tech

Ask your admin to remove you from the Staff tab, or email us directly and we’ll delete your staff record and any evidence (photos, logged materials/parts/consumables) tied to jobs you completed.

What gets deleted

Your account credentials, staff record, and all associated job and evidence data. Some information may be retained beyond 30 days where we’re legally required to keep records for longer.
